Visa Zero Liability¹With Visa’s Zero Liability Policy, you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized transactions made with your Visa card. You’re covered if your card is ever lost, stolen or fraudulently used.
Lost or Stolen Card Reporting¹With the Visa Lost/Stolen Card Reporting service, reporting a lost or stolen card is simple. Just call Comenity Capital Bank or Visa Global Customer Care Services at 1-800-847-2911, or call one of our global toll-free numbers and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and replace your card.
Travel and Emergency Assistance Services¹When you are traveling or working anywhere in the world, your covered Visa Signature® card gets you access to a multilingual call center - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help get the assistance you need. You can call a dedicated toll-free number (1-800-992-6029) in the United States, or call collect (1-804-673-1675) when traveling abroad.
Emergency Card Replacement¹Visa will work with Comenity Capital Bank to approve and expedite the delivery of an emergency card to you within 24 to 72 hours. Contact Comenity Capital Bank for more information.
Emergency Cash Disbursement¹In case of emergency, Visa can arrange a wire transfer to your local Western Unition within 2 hours of approval from your bank. Call Visa at 1-800-847-2911 or call collect at 1-303-967-1076 if you are outside of the United States.

Visa’s Zero Liability policy protects you from being held responsible for unauthorized transactions made with your AAA Travel Advantage Visa Signature or AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature credit card. You’re protected if your card is lost, stolen, or fraudulently used, giving you added peace of mind for everyday purchases and travel with no enrollment necessary.

What should I do if my Visa card is lost or stolen?

If your AAA Travel Advantage Visa Signature or AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature credit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling Bread Financial:

  • For Travel Advantage cards, call 1-855-546-9552.
  • For Daily Advantage cards, call 1-800-305-1219.
  • For TDD/TTY assistance, call 1-888-819-1918.

You can also call Visa Global Customer Card Services at 1‑800‑847‑2911 if in the United States, or call collect 1-303-967-1096 when traveling abroad. A Visa representative will help notify the appropriate parties and work with your bank to replace your card as quickly as possible.

Does Visa offer emergency assistance while traveling?

Yes. Visa Travel Emergency Assistance Services connect eligible cardholders to a 24/7 multilingual call center, worldwide. Cardholders, their spouse, and dependent children under 22 traveling together can receive assistance with medical referrals, emergency transportation, legal referrals, lost luggage help, emergency translation services, and more. Cardholders are responsible for the cost of services received. Can Visa replace my card if it’s lost or stolen while traveling?

Yes. Visa can work with Bread Financial to expedite emergency card replacement and ship a new card globally within 24 to 72 hours, after bank approval. If needed, Visa may also help arrange emergency cash access while you wait for your replacement card. How does Visa emergency cash disbursement work?
